Cuentilandia: Los Tres Cerditos. Mexico. Planeta Agostini, 1995. Videocassette.
In this Spanish animated film, originally circulated in Mexico, it takes some liberties with the overall story (some of it is lost in translation, as I only understand very basic Spanish), but the theme of hard work and determination proving to be more successful remains true. The first two pigs still build their houses of flimsier materials, and the wolf is still able to knock them down by blowing them over. The third pig remains safe because he built his house with sturdier means.
